Unior 1671 T47 Aluminum Bottom Bracket Socket Tool Description: The 1671 T47 Aluminum Bottom Bracket Socket Tool is a socket tool designed to install and remove many 12 and 16 notch T47 internal bearing and various external bearing bottom brackets. Precision CNC milling on an aluminum billet that is then anodized an attractive red color with laser etched sizing graphics ensure this socket will hold up to repeated bike shop abuse and look good while doing so. Additionally, this tool is double ended and is designed to fit two different bottom bracket cup splines, and there is a guide adapter to ensure that this tool fits snuggly onto the bottom bracket cups to reduce the chances of it slipping off. Knurled texture on the outside of the socket lets the user loosen or tighten up the bottom bracket cup by hand, and when it is time to finish tightening the cup, a 1/2″ drive breaker bar, ratchet driver handle, or torque wrench can be snapped into this tool to get the job done.
